3.2 Account Termination

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Dashboard Access

Dashboard access requires an annual subscription payment of $500 USD. Subscription includes:

• Ability to add and manage properties
• Agent management capabilities
• Viewing schedule management
• Access to analytics and reporting

4.2 Payment Terms

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the annual subscription fee in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

4.3 Approval Process

After payment, your account requires admin approval before activation. We reserve the right to decline approval for any reason.

4.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except:

• If your account is not approved within 7 days of payment
• If we terminate the Service
• As required by applicable law

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape or data mine the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Property Listings

6.1 Listing Content

When posting property listings, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to list the property
• All information is accurate and current
• Photos and content do not infringe on third-party rights
• The property complies with all applicable laws

6.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Angel Properties Solution and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 User Content License

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGEL PROPERTIES SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
